Devastation dropped spell Bond of the Wild is quite a bit worse than vendor spell Omakin's Alacrity

I think if the higher level one matched the lower one and increased duration and then add something.

I'm thinking add 50 to all resists for the pet buff? make it easier to stay alive in aoes on raids?
