Paladin Spell: Quellious' Word of Tranquility

Force of Akilae is the level 62 stun with a 1.0 second cast time and it costs 65 mana.
Quellious' Word of Tranquility is the level 54 stun with a 2.0 second cast time and costs 200 mana.

Is it possible to get these 2 spells a little closer to each other in the mana cost department and reduce Quellious' Word of Tranquility's cost a bit?  Would be nice if cast time could be reduced a bit as well.

Bump for this.

I think the recast time could use a rework to bring it more in-line with Force of Akilae as well.  It might be the most important piece of the puzzle.

mana cost has been lowered however the cast time will remain, as this is an AOE aggro spell (targeted AOE)

It is definitely single target? I wish it was AE.  If it was AE the cast time and recast would be fine imo.
