Me again!
I checked each of the druid spells & they are correct.
1) Ring of Highkeep: Druid level 26
2) Circle of Highkeep: Druid level 34
3) Zepher of Highkeep: Druid level 42
Pretty sure if your spellfile needs to be updated. Check the #patch-files channel in Discord and replace yours with the newest one. Please let me know if that does not clear up the problem.

Hello again! I fixed both issues today. They will be implemented after next server restart. Here is what I posted in the Discord change log channel:
1) Captain Osaftars in Dulak will now agro when rooted! (next patch)
2) The Shimmering Emerald Crystal will be usable by SHM (next patch)

I fixed it! Just so you know, "gather" is no longer a keyword. The script will give you all the info, etc., that is needed to complete this newbie armor quest line.
