Mage - Summon Dagger

The Mage "Summon Dagger" spell, when inspected says it is a Level 1 spell.

But when you try to Scribe it, a message displays saying it is Level 40.
ALSO, when  you attempt to Scribe this (at least earlier than level 40), it becomes necessary to /EXIT from game to regain control of game.

This was answered in Discord. Passing the info to here.

The Spell is now Level 40 and apparently has differences from the Level 1 version (from Live EQ)
I haven't been able to verify this yet (not level 40 yet)

Also, the issue that caused a /EXIT to be necessary, has been addressed and appears to have been fixed.
