Interesting proposal that will be considered - a few comments below on our current state:
I am sure you already know this but trying to capture the mystery and excitement of the very early EQ days has been an ongoing goal for Alternate EQ; hence the drive towards much new content. Additionally, there is a desire to foster an environment of a strong, knowledgeable, and helpful player community: to group, to assist others, and receive help in return. That whole guild-loyalty thing actually develops naturally in this environment - which has not effectively been repeated in the "modern" mmorpg. From the original/early EQ resources were developed & maintained by the player community. Nothing was provided to us by (at that time) Sony. Clues may be what some others may prefer, and then there is (player) me who practically has a tantrum without an official spell list to use as a checklist. LOL. I am adjusting. Your suggestion does have merit, and it will be considered. In the meantime, I encourage everyone in our community to continue to help each other, develop some friendships, and continue to share & document for the benefit of all.
