Title: Druid Spell - unable to scribe

I have a lvl 41 druid spell that I am unable to scribe in the spell book.

Spell : Savage Spirit - fills your pet with a savage spirit, increasing their attack speed, strength and armor class.  Druids have one in the line currently at level 18, Feral spirit that works just fine.

When Attempting to scribe the spell, there is no text listing why it doesn't work.

Confirmed on my druid and I do have the latest spell file ...

I ran into this also when trying to Scribe "Savage Spirit" (Level 41 Spell).
Was a fix found for this spell.
When attempting to Scribe to book, it acts as though it is not even a Spell.
No message saying "already scribed" or "must be xx level"
