Title: Special Spells

There is a unique spell vendor in the EC tunnels which sells the nec, clr, pal usable undead slow spell among others.
Another special spell vendor is  in the solro temple. He sells research spells and some more, like a level 40 cleric heal with superb mana/heal amount ratio.
Finally there is the gulf of gunthak which has some level 40 quest spells like temperance.

I went through the EC tunnel and checked every vendor.  None of the vendors sell anything.  What vendor are you talking about? I was looking for Summon Companion from Rushka in EC but he isn't set up as a vendor either.  Is the "special" vendors on a special time spawn?

The vendor in SolRo Temple is still there.

There is also a named in the Hole that drops some custom 46-51 spells

There is another spell vendor in EC (not in the tunnels) who sells some unique spells. Check everywhere!
