Is there anything you could do to help with switching game accounts?
With the characters split across several accounts, after having 2 chars online and attempting to switch to another character I'm getting to char selection screen and then disconnected on login attempt. This takes several minutes.

Sorry about the issue.
The accounts at the character select screen count as accounts online so if there are 2 accounts at character select, it won't let you log a "third". I know it can suck :(
Hopefully I understood the issue - if not, please let me know.

This may be related to our systematic-enforcement of the 2-box limit. To help us evaluate whether or not we need to adjust anything, can you provide some related info?
- How frequently do you encounter this?
- How painful is it to your playing experience?
- Anything else you feel is relevant

Hi, thanks for looking into it. It happens when having the client open twice at a time.
Like:
- having 2 chars online
- logging one out
- closing this client
- starting the client again
- logging in to a different game account
- server select, char select
- after char selection this account gets disconnected
It stays like this for minutes. I seemed to have more luck when shutting down both clients fully but this is not reliably successful.
You can consider it low priority since i seem to be the only one facing this. Though, it messes up the strategy of having a porter on a separate account quite a bit ;)

i have a feeling you may have encountered this while shifting between 4+ accounts

Yes it seems to work alright with only 3 accounts.
