Looted the Anglass band from the boss NPC in Taka, had over 10 empty bag slots yet the item is not in any of my bags. Vanished on pickup.

I'm sorry you've been hit by this.  This is a known issue and a fix is being worked on.  In the meantime, if you can please provide character name(s) affected, and the item names that are missing, we'll work to get you restored.
