Named monster loot

I have noticed more often than not that most named monsters have a high tendency of dropping nothing at all, is this a bug?

It depends on the individual NPC involved.  If you can report specifics like:
  • NPC name
  • how many times you killed it
  • how many times it dropped nothing
we can look into potential issues.
