Quest NPC: Morgalanth Tal'Raeloen (For Mage / Wizard / Enchanter Newbie Armor)

When you give the key word to start the newbie robe quest he states combine these items along with a "glove" pattern, but hands you a Robe pattern upon request. Simple enough to figure out that it isn't what you need to do, but might stop any confusion in the future.
